ArtMade was approached by a long-time client and experience childcare developer to assist with their new centre located in St Ives on the Upper North Shore of Sydney.
The site already had a Development Approval in place, however the documents contained departures from their typical configuration and layout.
Given our long-standing relationship along with our comprehensive understanding of their specific operational requirements, we were engaged to obtain a Construction Certificate and pull the project in line with their archetypal model. ArtMade coordinated the necessary consultant team and moved quickly through the documentation stage to obtain the Construction Certificate.
